FAQ

  • What is ORR?

The Outdoor Recreation Roundtable (ORR) is America’s leading coalition of outdoor recreation trade associations and organizations working to promote the growth of the outdoor recreation economy and activities. ORR has been pivotal in helping assemble and enable the Together Outdoors coalition.

  • How can I donate or support?

If you’re an organization, we’d love to add you to our list of Committed Organizations and include you in our future plans. Reach out and we’ll get started. Individuals can support the Together Outdoors mission by educating themselves on the issues, committing to support the effort to create a more accessible and welcoming outdoors, or donating to Together Outdoors.

  • What makes you the right people to do this?

The truth is, we’re all the right people to fight for equity, and it takes all of us together. This coalition is designed to bring companies and organizations together from across the recreation spectrum so we can work collaboratively on these issues in ways we haven’t before by equipping manufacturers, service providers, federal land managers, and business leaders with the community, tools and resources they need to move forward. We’d love it if you joined.

  • Is this a for-profit organization?

We are 100% non-profit. Together Outdoors is part of the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable, an established 501c3. Together Outdoors exists to make outdoor recreation more inclusive. Read more about our mission on our About page.

  • How can my organization join the coalition?

Please fill out the membership form, and we'll be sure to follow up from there!

“At the National Forest Foundation, we believe that public lands, and all that they offer, are an American treasure and are vital to the health of our communities. We understand the importance of ensuring these lands are safe, accessible, and inclusive to all Americans. Joining the Together Outdoors coalition will allow us to increase our impact while promoting diverse representation and stewardship within our National Forests and Grasslands.”
