The Ultramarathon Diaries: Week 2

It’s the third week in July and it’s hot. Like, very hot. I took the day off on Tuesday to spend time with at home and ended up doing my first unfamiliar run around the Three Shires Head. It was 8 miles, around 28C and I don’t think I’ve ever sweated so much in my life. Suffice to say I was reaaally glad about buying my new little running backpack last week to carry water with me.
